I do this glossary because it can help me when I talk about my area of study. I am in mechanical Engenering, it's why I decided to take this topic. My glossary has 20 words. I choose some word I use a lot in French in my technique. After, I go to find the definitions on a dictionary online.

Assembly

A set of pieces that work together in unison as a mechanism or device.
Example: There is an assembly for these pieces.

Belt
Noun
Narrow band of a flexible and resistant material used to bind, to attach.
Example: In our machine there are some belts.

Noun
Exact calibration of dimensions, holes of a mechanical part.
Example: We do a bore in a cylinder.

Chain
Noun
A connected flexible series of metal links used for fastening or securing objects and pulling or supporting loads.
Example: I use a chain to lift this piece.

chambering
Noun
The chambering is a flat-bottomed hole, used to embed the screw head.
Example: We do a chambering on this piece.

An illustration of an object, chiefly through lines, that is intended to give sufficient information to allow the thing illustrated to be completed.

Execution of a cylindrical hole, most often by means of a drill or a bit.
Example: We drill a hole in this piece.
